The Essex Red Raiders and the Maranatha Panthers are 4-0 heading into the Christmas break. The Raiders beat Tecumseh Vista in straight sets earlier this week to keep pace with General Amherst and Sandwich in the Tier One Division.
Maranatha swept Herman in straight sets Thursday night to take sole possession of first place in the Tier Two Division.
Both teams look forward to getting back on the court in 2020.
